BandVolt for labels & artist managers
Manage multiple bands from one account - for labels and artist managers
Every act on your roster gets its own workspace - songs, mix versions, feedback, calendar, files, and ledger - and you switch between them without switching accounts. Nothing from one band leaks into another.
BandVolt lets a label or artist manager organise multiple bands by giving each act its own workspace and making you a member of all of them. On Premium, band memberships are unlimited, so the whole roster is one band switcher away. Each act keeps its own mix version history, timestamped feedback, shared calendar, files, and finances, and you can pitch any song or release with a public link that needs no account. Label pricing for larger rosters is available from [email protected].
A workspace per act, one login for you
Shared drives and a WhatsApp group per band do not scale past the second act. In BandVolt each band has a separate workspace, members of one act see nothing of another, and you - the manager or label contact - belong to all of them.
Premium band memberships are unlimited, so side projects, new signings, and collaborations sit alongside each other in the same account.
Approvals on the audio, not around it
When you are signing off masters, "which file is the approved one?" cannot be an open question. Every mix is a labelled, dated version of its song, feedback is pinned to the second, and Quick Compare plays two versions side by side at the same position. Mix Health adds an objective release-readiness check before anything goes to the distributor.
Pitching, press, and dates per act
Send a song, EP, or album to press, playlist editors, promoters, or A&R as one public link that plays instantly with no account and can be revoked at any time. Every act also gets a free Electronic Press Kit on its own URL.
Gigs, sessions, and release dates live on each act's shared calendar, with setlists and files like tech riders and stage plots attached to the event they belong to.
Money kept separately, per band
Each workspace has its own ledger for income, expenses, recurring costs, and receipts, with a year summary - so tour accounting and recoupment conversations start from numbers every member can already see.
BandVolt is priced per band, not per person. If you are running several acts, contact [email protected] and we will put together a label rate for your roster.
The features you will use most
- Version history
One song, every mix it has ever had, in chronological order. No more guessing whether the file in the chat is newer than the one in the shared drive.
- Timestamped feedback
Every note lands on the waveform at the second it is about, attached to the version it was written for - so "the verse feels off" becomes "1:47, the triplets are rushed" and the band can actually act on it.
- Electronic Press Kit
Free on every tier, including the free Basic tier: one link you can send a promoter, a booker, or a journalist, with bio, music, photos, videos, and booking contact on a page that stays current on its own.
- Schedule
Gigs, rehearsals, and studio time on one calendar every member can see - with the setlist and the tech rider attached to the event rather than buried in a chat thread.
- Finances
The band's money out of one person's spreadsheet and into a ledger everyone can open - income, expenses, receipts, recurring costs, and a year summary that settles the argument.
Frequently asked questions
Can one person manage multiple bands in BandVolt?
Yes. Each band has its own workspace, and one account can belong to several. You can be an active member of one free band at a time; Premium band memberships are unlimited, so a manager or label can run a whole roster from a single login.
Do the bands on my roster see each other's music?
No. Each workspace is private to its own members. Songs, files, feedback, calendar, and finances in one band are invisible to members of another, even when you belong to both.
Is there label pricing for multiple bands?
Yes. BandVolt is priced per band, with Premium at £9.99 a month covering 25 workspace slots. If you manage several acts, email [email protected] and we will put together a rate that works for your roster.
Can I send an EP to press or A&R without them signing up?
Yes. A public share link plays a song instantly with no account, and Premium bands can share a whole album or EP as one link. You can revoke any link at any time, and the recipient sees nothing else in the workspace.
