Upload a demo to BandVolt and every member of your band can stream it instantly with a waveform player. Feedback is pinned to the exact second in the track - with reply threads, upvotes, and resolution once a note has been actioned - so nothing gets buried in a group chat.

In BandVolt, every mix you upload becomes a labelled, dated version of the same song, listed in chronological order. Quick Compare lets you audition versions side by side at the same playback position, with optional loudness matching so a louder bounce does not win the comparison by default.

Yes - on Premium, a band Owner can transfer songs or Album/EP collections to another band. Every mix, stem, supporting file, and the full comment and version history moves with it. It is a permanent move, not a copy: the destination Owner must accept, the source band loses access, and storage frees on the sender. The receiving band does not need Premium - Basic is fine as long as they have enough storage headroom. Invite a collaborator when the band already owns the work; transfer when you own it and it needs to change hands.

For studio delivery, yes. WeTransfer and FilePass move files once and links expire. BandVolt content transfer permanently moves the finished song or album into the client band's workspace - mixes, stems, and comment history included - so the project lives where the band works next. Premium to send; Basic can receive with enough storage. During the mix itself, invite the engineer as an external collaborator instead of sending another zip.

BandVolt's Electronic Press Kit is a free public press page every band can publish - Basic and Premium. Share one custom URL with promoters, bookers, and press: bio, music player from your library, photos, YouTube videos, streaming links, booking contact, and upcoming shows pulled automatically from the band's flagged calendar events. No account is needed for viewers. An optional AI bio writer drafts press copy from your notes for 2 Volts per generation.

Volts are your band's credits for analysis and AI features. An AI Mix Summary costs 1 Volt; an EPK AI bio costs 2 Volts; a Mix Health check costs 5 Volts. Basic bands get 10 Volts per month and Premium bands get 200 per month. Any member can top the band up with a one-time pack of 100 Volts for £4.99.

BandVolt is priced per band, not per person. Basic includes 10 workspace slots; Premium includes 25 - members and external collaborators alike. One Premium subscription covers the whole band - a 5-piece works out at about £2 each per month, or about £1.50 each on annual billing. Need more room? No - never. Some platforms quietly convert uploads to lossy, lower-quality copies to save on storage. BandVolt keeps every file exactly as you uploaded it, at full quality, and that exact file is what your band plays back and downloads - on songs, stems, and everything else you store with us.

Yes - any time, on every tier. From a song's menu, Export data downloads Markdown copies of comments, AI mix summaries, activity, and Mix Health scores. On the Mixes, Stems, and Files tabs, Select all then Download pulls the audio and attachments at full quality. Export is a copy, not a delete - nothing leaves your BandVolt workspace unless you remove it yourself. Band members and Contributors can export; Reviewers cannot.

No. The Basic tier is free with no card required. You only add a payment method if your band upgrades to Premium or buys a Volt, storage, or workspace slot pack.
